Mr. Wade Caldwell's practice has included a wide range of commercial litigation, and oil and gas law, with an emphasis on representation of mineral owners, heavy equipment dealers, real estate, construction, DTPA and collection litigation, and other complex commercial disputes.

Caldwell has substantial experience in class actions, employment, product liability, antitrust, insurance and bankruptcy litigation. Primary clients have been financial institutions, heavy equipment dealers, mineral owners, and policyholders.
